The public website

This public website does not set cookies or include analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting. Your theme choice and dismissal of the privacy notice are stored in localStorage in your browser. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.

When you ask for support

We store your name, email address, subject, messages, ticket status, timestamps, and email delivery identifiers in our support database so we can handle your request and keep the conversation together. Resend handles sending and receiving support email. Please do not send passwords or other secrets. Attachments are not imported into the support panel.

If an email address is used to abuse the support service, we may keep it on a blocklist so that messages from it are discarded.

We keep support conversations until they are no longer needed for support. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact [email protected]. Requests are handled by Dylan at Dylpickle Studios in the Netherlands.

Service operation

Request IP addresses are used temporarily for abuse prevention. Hosting and email providers may process connection and delivery information to operate these services. This website is hosted using SHAM and Cloudflare Tunnels.
